Pyongyang, November 30 (KCNA) -- DPRK Friendship Order First Class was awarded to Lao Ambassador to the DPRK Chaleune Warinthrasak with due ceremony at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Wednesday.

The ambassador extended firm support and solidarity to the Korean people in their drive to achieve independent and peaceful reunification of the country and build a thriving socialist nation and contributed to developing the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Laos.
