Moscow, November 29 (KCNA) -- Russia launched "Glonas-M", a Glonas GPS satellite, into the space on Nov. 28.

The satellite lifted by carrier rocket "Soyuz-2.1B" blasted off from the Plesetsk Space Launching Site to accurately enter its preset orbit.

This was clarified by a spokesman for the Space Armed Forces of Russia.
