Pyongyang, December 1 (KCNA) -- The danger of the U.S.-Japan-south Korea triangular military alliance was disclosed by a bylined article of Rodong Sinmun Thursday.

The article said that the joint military exercises between the U.S. and Japan and between the U.S. and south Korea were staged on the Korean Peninsula and in its surrounding waters from late October to early November.

This shows that the alliance exists and runs in actuality even though it was not formally declared in Northeast Asia, the article said, citing facts.

It continued:

Recently Japan and south Korea went on the rampage, straining the situation on the Korean Peninsula. The visits between those concerned of the Japan "Self-Defense Forces" and the south Korean puppet forces increased in number and a joint military exercise between Japan and south Korea was planned lately.

The planned joint military exercises would put the finishing touches on the military alliance, indicative of the scheme of the U.S., Japan and south Korea being put into practice to round off the triangular military alliance.

The U.S. is trying to use Japan and south Korea as cannon fodder and shock brigades in case of emergency on the Korean Peninsula through the tightened military conspiracy.

The military strategic commanding system of the U.S., Japanese and south Korean forces has been coordinated and joint operational plan was worked out.

It is the U.S. intention to establish its hegemony with ease in the Asia-Pacific region to save its position from sinking by using its henchmen.

The U.S.-led triangular military alliance is targeted against the DPRK. Herein lie its danger and severity. The military conspiracy will lead to the touch-and-go situation on the Korean Peninsula.
