Pyongyang, December 1 (KCNA) -- Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff in a recent speech referred to the development of science and technology.

She called for development of science and technology and more investments in innovation.

Innovation, science and technology will be leaps for Brazil, she said.

The president also called for increasing local production of items which are currently being imported to create jobs.

"We want to be a country without poverty, a middle class country with quality services." she said.
