Pyongyang, December 1 (KCNA) -- King Abdullah II of Jordan on Monday called on the Israeli president to end the unilateral act of wrecking the regional peace.

He said the foundation of an independent Palestinian state with East Kuds as its capital is the key to resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

The Jordanian leader underlined the need for halting all unilateral Israeli measures, especially settlement activities that represent a main obstacle against peacemaking efforts.
