Pyongyang, December 1 (KCNA) -- The Second Session of the 13th National Assembly of Vietnam was held from Nov. 26 to 29.

The session was attended by Nguyen Phu Trong, general secretary of the C.C., the Communist Party, and other senior party and state officials.

Adopted at the session were decisions concerning law of secrecy and legislation work of the next year.

The session also reviewed the 2006-2010 socio-economic work and adopted the 2012 state budget bill.
