Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- We hope that the relations and cooperation between the United Malays National Organization of Malaysia and the Workers' Party of Korea would grow stronger.

Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor, secretary general of the Organization, said this on Nov. 28 when meeting with the WPK delegation led by Ri Chang Gun, vice department director of its Central Committee, attending the Congress of his Organization.

The WPK delegation's participation in the Congress proves that the relations between the two parties are getting closer, he said.

We are glad to see the WPK and the Korean people making great achievements while overcoming difficulties, he added.

The secretary general expressed belief that the WPK and the Korean people would build a thriving nation under the wise guidance of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
