Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- The DPRK revolutionary armed forces are in full readiness to go into a decisive battle to counter any military provocation -- this is what the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army (KPA) declared in its report released on November 24 in response to the military exercise launched by the south Korean military against the DPRK.

Upon receiving the report, DPRK servicepersons and civilians have hardened their determination to defeat any military provocation by the south Korean military seeking confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the DPRK.

Rodong Sinmun, Minju Joson and other major newspapers of the DPRK allot much space to articles criticizing the south Korean military for launching the large-scale war exercise, instead of drawing due lesson from the Yonphyong Island shelling a year ago.

TV channels have repeatedly telecasted a documentary film about a joint exercise of the three services of the KPA.

The film gives a glimpse of the might of the KPA and inspires local people with confidence in victory in battles with the enemy.

Seen in industrial establishments, co-op farms and construction sites throughout the country are bulletin boards calling for working hard in the spirit of fighting the enemy.
