Moscow, December 1 (KCNA) -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in a telephone conversation with his Pakistani counterpart on Monday, criticized NATO for its air strike at a border post of Pakistan.

A down-to-earth investigation of the incident should be made and state sovereignty should not be abused in the anti-terrorism operation, he added.
