Moscow, December 2 (KCNA) -- Dmitri Rogozin, Russian permanent representative to NATO, in a recent interview with a TV referred to Russia's steps to cope with the U.S. scheme to deploy the missile defense system in Europe.

The means to cope with the U.S. MD system in Europe has already been included in the state plan for military equipment up to 2020 which was ratified to develop the national defense industry, he said.
