Pyongyang, December 3 (KCNA) -- The United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) on Tuesday criticized developed countries for their stance at the UN climate change talks in Durban, South Africa.

A newspaper in South Africa reported that UNEP said in a newsletter distributed at the talks that the developed countries are "stuck on weaker, conditional pledges."

UNEP also said that the greenhouse gas emissions targets set by developed countries are "riddled with loopholes."
