Pyongyang, December 3 (KCNA) -- A total of 657 people were confirmed dead and three other were missing in the floods that had inundated the upper part of Thailand for about four months as of Nov. 30, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department reported on Thursday.

On Thursday, floods still prevail in 15 of 77 provinces.
