Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) -- The Sudanese government on Friday criticized a request by chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Luis Moreno-Ocampo for issuing an arrest warrant against Sudanese Defense Minister Abdel-Rahim Mohamed Hussein.

"The Sudanese government regards the arrest warrant request as politically targeting the Doha Document for Darfur Peace which tackled all the region's issues including the issue of justice and reconciliation," said the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement.
