Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) -- Excessive levels of radioactive cesium have been detected in rice harvested at more farms in Fukushima city, the Fukushima prefectural government said Friday.

In the latest finding, levels surpassing the provisional upper limit of 500 becquerels per kilogram set by the central government were detected in rice from paddies run by five farming households, with the highest level at 760 becquerels, the prefectural government said.
