Pyongyang, December 7 (KCNA) -- The International United Confederation of Koreans issued the November issue of bulletin "Thongil".

The bulletin devoted much space to the news of leader Kim Jong Il inspecting Unit 813 of the Korean People's Army Air Force and enjoying the performance given by an art group under the command of KPA Unit 6556.

It carried a report of the KPA Supreme Command and information bulletin No. 987 issued by the Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea denouncing the reckless moves of the south Korean military warmongers for staging large-scale war maneuvers against the DPRK on five islands in the West Sea of Korea and in its surrounding waters one year after the Yonphyong Island shelling incident.

It also dealt with a book-releasing ceremony and a seminar held in Pyongyang to mark the centenary of birth of dancer Choe Sung Hui.

The bulletin introduced an article written by Vorontsov, chief of Section for Korea of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, saying that the resumption of the six party talks has been delayed due to the U.S. and south Korean authorities who escalated military tensions despite their lip-service for dialogue.
