Moscow, December 7 (KCNA) -- Russia is continuing to pay big efforts to strengthening the naval force.

C-400, the first surface-to-air missile complex of the new generation, will be commissioned in the Baltic Sea Fleet of Russia before the end of this year, the commander of the fleet said recently.

It is said that C-400 is being delivered according to the state plan for re-equipment and will be replaced by C-200.
