Pyongyang, December 8 (KCNA) -- An opinion poll by the Mainichi Shimbun daily has found that 54 percent of respondents are opposed to Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda's plan to double the consumption tax rate in stages by the mid-2010s, the paper reported Monday.
