Pyongyang, December 9 (KCNA) -- The struggle against exploitation and oppression by capital is gaining in scope in the United States.

A fierce anti-Wall Street protest took place in Capital Hill on Tuesday. Protesters brought their message about alleged U.S. economic unfairness to Capital Hill, sitting in or outside several Senate and House offices.

The police cracked down on the protesters, taking away some of them.

Meanwhile, scores of police officers marched into an encampment of protesters of Occupy New Orleans movement across from City Hall before dawn Tuesday, forcing the dozens of occupants out and removing tents.

"You are treasonous!" one protester shouted as more than 100 uniformed officers moved through the makeshift camp grounds.
