Moscow, December 8 (KCNA) -- The Russian prime minister termed the results of the State Duma election the most appropriate ones reflecting the current situation of Russia.

Speaking at a recent meeting with senior officials of the United Russia Party, Vladimir Putin voiced the belief that the nation's stable development would be achieved on the basis of the success attained by the party in the election.
