Pyongyang, December 12 (KCNA) -- More than 160 south Korean judges submitted a letter of proposals opposing the conclusion of the humiliating south Korea-U.S. "Free Trade Agreement" to the president of the Supreme Court on Dec. 10.

The conclusion of the FTA would seriously harm south Korea's judicial power, they said, adding:

The article dealing with "state litigation system for investors" among the contents of FTA is like a gun when viewed from the U.S. stand. South Korea will be forced to read the U.S. face and keep out of its way even though it does not pull the gun out of holster.

They called for forming a body for reviewing the contents of the FTA.
