Moscow, December 11 (KCNA) -- Vice Foreign Minister Sergei Lyavkov of Russia, in an interview with a TV on Dec. 9, expressed his country's stand to solve the Iranian nuclear issue through dialogue.

Iran has no military nuclear plan, he said, noting there is a confirmed data for it.

Sanctions are going ahead of dialogue in relation to the Iranian nuclear issue, he said, adding Russia stands against the fact that no progress in the nuclear negotiations with Iran should be a motive for promoting military action.

The Iranian nuclear issue should be solved through dialogue, he stated.
