Moscow, December 11 (KCNA) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin recently said the program for modernizing the country's defense industrial complex will be adopted shortly, a local media report said.

The program is being worked out at the final stage and 3 trillion Rbl will be allotted for the program, Putin was quoted as saying.
