Pyongyang, December 13 (KCNA) -- The Bangladesh-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee issued a bulletin on Dec. 7 to mark the 20th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's assumption of supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army.

The bulletin in an article titled "Songun and Kim Jong Il" noted that Kim Jong Il developed in depth the Songun idea fathered by President Kim Il Sung to pursue the Songun politics for the first time in the history of world politics.

The Songun politics is the most powerful political mode guaranteeing the victorious advance of socialism, the cause of independence despite the highhanded and arbitrary practices of the imperialists getting evermore pronounced in recent years, it said, adding: Progressive personages of many countries praise the Songun politics of Kim Jong Il.

The Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy released a bulletin "Ardent Love for Future" on Dec. 6 with the approach of the 94th birth anniversary of Kim Jong Suk, an anti-Japanese war hero.

The bulletin said the life of Kim Jong Suk was one of loving care devoted to the future.
