Pyongyang, December 13 (KCNA) -- DPRK Premier Choe Yong Rim Monday sent a congratulatory message to Kamal El Ganzouri upon his appointment as prime minister of Egypt.

Choe wished the prime minister success in his work for the country's security, stability and economic development.

DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun also sent a similar message to his Egyptian counterpart Mohamed Kamel Amr to congratulate him on his stay in office.
