Beijing, December 13 (KCNA) -- Wen Jiabao, premier of the State Council of China, adopted a 2011-2015 state plan for medicine security at a recently held executive meeting of the State Council.

The meeting discussed fully implementing the responsibility system for medicine security and intensifying information and education activities so that the people can use medicines in a safe way.
