Moscow, December 14 (KCNA) -- The Russian permanent representative to NATO expressed concern over movements of foreign military equipment.

Speaking at a meeting held some days ago, Dmitri Rogozin said he felt foreign military equipments were encircling Russia.

"Under such circumstances, Russia will seek a way to break the encirclement," he said.
