Pyongyang, December 15 (KCNA) -- Civic and public organizations in south Korea staged the 147th action for independent reunification and peace outside the U.S. embassy in Seoul on Dec. 13 to protest the puppet group of traitors' moves for confrontation with the DPRK.

They referred to the fact that the Ministry of Defense has planned to install light towers at the places from which areas under the control of the DPRK are visible and conduct anti-DPRK psychological warfare on a large scale from Dec. 23.

The military authorities are raising a hue and cry over "provocation" from someone and inciting confrontation in order to enforce the psychological warfare, they charged.

Lurking behind this psychological warfare is a scheme to calm down the wrath of the people at the coercive passage of the "motion calling for ratification of the Free Trade Agreement", cyber attack, etc., the organizations said.

They warned that the authorities would be to entirely blame for the consequences to be entailed by such behavior.
