Foreign Women Visit Pyongyang Textile Mill

Pyongyang, December 15 (KCNA) -- Women at embassies of various countries and missions of international organizations here Thursday visited the Pyongyang Textile Mill with the approach of the 94th birth anniversary of Kim Jong Suk, an anti-Japanese war hero.

They toured different production processes of the mill.

At the end of the visit Jin Yanqiu, wife of the Chinese ambassador, said:

We were deeply moved to visit the mill on the occasion of the 94th birth anniversary of Kim Jong Suk.

The mill is associated with the revolutionary activities of President Kim Il Sung, General Secretary Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Suk.

They worked heart and soul to provide people with better clothes.

The feats of Kim Jong Suk are shining like a star in the hearts of the Korean people.

I hope that officials and workers of the mill would make bigger successes in production.

Iliana Almaguer Rodriguez, wife of the Cuban ambassador, said that she was moved to witness the signal progress made by the textile mill in solving the clothing problem under the deep care of the peerlessly great persons. The production capacity of its Tetron rayon fabrics shop is very high, she said, hoping that the workers of the mill would continue to make steady improvement in production.

Nguyen Thi Loi, wife of the Vietnamese ambassador, said:

The mill is associated with the sacred traces left by Kim Jong Suk for the people. I was deeply moved to see the workers keeping the production going at a high rate while working miracles and feats.

We hope that the mill would turn out cloth and various kinds of textures in a larger quantity for people.
