Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- Flood ravaging several parts of Kenya has killed at least 24 people and displaced 98,000 in the east African nation as of Dec. 11.

Heavy rains washed away bridges and rendered many roads impassable. Relief measures for the inhabitants in the afflicted areas are being taken.
