S. Korean Police Suppresses Progressive Journalist
|
|
Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- The south Korean fascist police searched the office of a journalist of Internet paper Jaju Minbo on Wednesday. The puppet police took this action on charge that the articles written by the journalist were a violation of the "National Security Law" and ordered him to appear before the Security Investigation Group. Of late the south Korean puppet group instigated the ultra-conservative media hell-bent on distorting realities, inventing lies and hatching plots to put even broadcasting services under its control and ride roughshod while intensifying the suppression of progressive media including Jaju Minbo. In the last September, too, unidentified hooligans hacked the homepage of the above-said newspaper office, disturbing its business and making threatening phone calls. The man concerned of Jaju Minbo declared it was an unjust action to charge that the publication of the articles written on the basis of a review and analysis of what was made known through south Korean media was a violation of the NSL. |
