Pyongyang, December 17 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Friday sent a congratulatory message to Al Moncef Al Marzouki on his election as president of Tunisia.

Kim Yong Nam in his message hoped that the Tunisian president would achieve success in his work for political stability and economic development of the country.

He expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Tunisia would invariably grow stronger.
