Pyongyang, December 17 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a message of greeting to Mahamadou Issoufou, president of Niger, on Friday on the day of proclamation of the Republic of Niger.

In the message Kim wished the president and people of Niger successes in the work for stability and economic development of the country, expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would continue to develop.
