Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- A Pakistani lawmaker said on Thursday that the U.S. administration should apologize to Iran for violating Iranian airspace by sending advanced stealth reconnaissance aircraft.

Talking to IRNA, Senator Raja Muhammad Zafar-ul-Haq said that there is no justification of such act and Iran has taken a right decision to bring down the American spy drone.

He acknowledged the remarks of Iran's Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani that United States must be held accountable for venturing to fly spy drone over Iranian territory.

Larijani said that the Americans must give explanations for sending stealth reconnaissance aircraft over Iranian territory rather than ask the return of the drone.
