Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- The livelihood of Americans is getting more serious due to the unpopular policy of the authorities and the aftermath of the economic financial crisis.

About 97.3 million Americans fall into a low-income category, the Census Bureau of the U.S. said recently.
