Pyongyang, December 20 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea, received a message of condolences from Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al-Thani, prime minister of Qatar, on Monday.

The message said:

I want to extend to Your Excellency and the government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea my deep condolences and sympathy on the sorrowful demise of HE Chairman Kim Jong Il.
