Pyongyang, December 20 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea, on Monday received a message of condolences from Wahid Al Uksouri, chairman of the Arab Socialist Party of Egypt.

The message said:

Upon hearing the shocking news that leader Kim Jong Il passed away suddenly from acute heart disease in bitter grief and sorrow, we express our deep condolences to Your Excellency and to the Workers' Party of Korea and all the Korean people.

Kim Jong Il will always live as the great leader who made immortal contributions to the accomplishment of the Korean people's socialist cause and the cause of global independence.

Convinced that the Korean people will surely accomplish the cause of justice under your wise leadership, the Arab Socialist Party of Egypt will as ever continue supporting the Korean people's struggle.

Praying for immortality of Kim Jong Il, we pay our regards to you and the Korean people.
