Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) -- Jaju Minbo, an Internet newspaper of south Korea, on Tuesday carried an article a Chinese Han Danshu wrote to praise the greatness of leader Kim Jong Il after his demise.

In the article Han said that he keenly felt Kim Jong Il's gifted extraordinary wisdom and unassuming character while aiding him on a visit to Shanghai, China in 1983.

During the visit to different parts the leader learned about lots of things, paying deep attention to explanations all the time and showed respect for the revolutionary forerunners including veteran revolutionaries of China familiar with President Kim Il Sung, the article noted, adding:

Though he was in a bad state of health, Kim Jong Il worked hard day and night only for his people before passing away unexpectedly on the way of his field guidance. Then, why could not the Korean people wail over his demise?

They have felt bitter grief at the loss of their leader who took pains for them.

Such feelings come from the fact that he passed away in the course of devotedly working for the people.

The DPRK lost the leader of people and the Chinese people lost their friend.

His revolutionary idea will be everlasting.
