Pyongyang, December 22 (KCNA) -- Kim Jin Phyo, the floor leader of the Democratic United Party, an opposition party in south Korea, on December 22 accused the authorities of not sending a mourners' group to the north which suffered the greatest loss. He recalled the "government" decided not to dispatch an official mourners' group to the north over the demise of Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, and the "Grand National Party" refused to form a mourners' group of the "National Assembly", adding that he cannot but deplore this as a very foolish behavior. He urged the authorities to allow civic and social organizations including the Roh Moo Hyun Foundation to pay condolatory visits to the north and immediately stop conservative organizations from scattering leaflets getting on the nerves of the north. |
