Pyongyang, December 22 (KCNA) -- Mongolian president Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj sent a wreath on the demise of Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army.

Sodovjamts Khurelbaatar, Mongolian ambassador to the DPRK, together with his embassy staff members Thursday presented the wreath to the bier of Kim Jong Il placed in the Kumsusan Memorial Palace.

The ribbon of the wreath bore letters "The great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il will be immortal."
