Pyongyang, December 22 (KCNA) -- A memorial service for leader Kim Jong Il took place in Vladivostok, Russia on Dec. 20.

The participants paid a silent tribute to the memory of Kim Jong Il.

Speeches were made there.

Anatoli Nikolayevich Dolgachev, chairman of the Far Eastern Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Songun Policy of Russia, said:

The communist party members not only in Russia but also in the rest of the world are sharing sorrow with the Korean people.

They boundlessly revere Kim Jong Il.
