Pyongyang, December 23 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Friday sent a congratulatory message to Didier Burckhalter upon his appointment as Swiss foreign minister.

Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would continue to develop on good terms, Pak in the message wished the Swiss foreign minister successes in his new work.
