Pyongyang, December 23 (KCNA) -- A Bangladeshi committee for mourning the demise of leader Kim Jong Il was formed with due ceremony in Dhaka on Wednesday.

Rashed Khan Menon, chairman of the C.C., Workers' Party of Bangladesh, was elected chairman of the mourning committee.

The committee discussed matters to send a condolatory message to Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea, make public statements and organize a memorial service.
