Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- The Miyagi Prefectural Japan-DPRK Friendship Association of Japan sent a wreath to the DPRK on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

The wreath was laid before the portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il displayed at Kim Il Sung Square on Saturday.

Earlier, a wreath from Rudy Tanoesoedibjo, a businessman of Indonesia, was placed before the portrait at the square on Friday.
