Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- Portraits of smiling Kim Jong Il were displayed at all provincial seats reflecting the ardent desire of all servicepersons and people. This helps them draw inspiration from the benevolent image of the peerlessly great man.

An endless stream of people visit the places where those portraits are displayed. The places are crowded with mourners ardently missing the leader and vowing their loyalty. They turned into a veritable sea of tears shed by working people and youth and students, looking up to the portraits.

They are firmly determined to build a thriving socialist nation on this land under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea, holding Kim Jong Il in high esteem for all ages.
