Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea, received messages of condolences from political parties and party leaders of different countries between Dec. 19 and 21.

They included Secretary General of the African National Congress of South Africa Gwede Mantashe, Chairman of the Romanian Socialist Union Constantin Rotaru and the Central Committee of the Slovak Communist Party.

The messages expressed deep condolences over the demise of Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Praising his exploits, they stressed that his noble revolutionary spirit would remain forever.

They sincerely wished Kim Jong Un and the WPK and the Korean people fresh success in the cause of socialist construction.
