Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- The South Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration on Friday decided to organize a mourners' group to be sent to the north on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

The group will consist of more than 40 representatives from its affiliated organizations to visit the north, said the committee.
