Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the DPRK, Thursday received a message of condolences from Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, president of Indonesia.

The message said:

The demise of HE Kim Jong Il is, indeed, the greatest loss to the government and people of the DPRK.

I, on behalf of the Indonesian government and people and on my own, express deep condolences to Your Excellency and through you to the government and people of the DPRK.

I am convinced that the exploits of HE Kim Jong Il, his desire for building the DPRK as a thriving country, in particular, and his feats and his efforts made for the development of the bilateral ties between the DPRK and Indonesia will be remembered forever.

I, praying for soul of HE Kim Jong Il, hope the Korean will overcome the indescribable sorrow over the loss with strength and courage.
