Pyongyang, December 25 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea, Monday received a message of condolences from Omani Sultan Qaboos Bin Said.

The message said:

I heard the sad news that leader Kim Jong Il passed away to my regret.

Please accept, Excellency, my sincere condolences and ask you to pass heartfelt sorrow on the people of the DPRK.
