Pyongyang, December 25 (KCNA) -- The United Confederation of Koreans in Russia Tuesday held an urgent meeting in connection with mourning events on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

At the meeting the organization decided to organize the All-Koreans Mourning Committee for expressing deep reverence for Kim Jong Il.

The organization also decided to set a mourning period ending Dec. 28, pay a condolatory visit to the DPRK embassy in Moscow, dispatch a mourners delegation to the homeland, let Koreans of all social standings make public messages and statements of condolences, hold mourning meetings of compatriots and so on, it said.
