Pyongyang, December 25 (KCNA) -- A delegation of mourners of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) led by Nam Sung U, vice-chairman of its Central Standing Committee, on Dec. 25 called at Kim Il Sung Square to express condolences before the portrait of leader Kim Jong Il with bright smile on his face displayed there.

They laid bunches of flowers before the portrait and paid a silent tribute with boundless reverence for him who conducted energetic activities for prosperity of the country and the people's happiness and the strengthening of Chongryon and performed undying feats on behalf of the era and history.
